I can assure you that it will be made public. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Billboard is forced to hold some kind of conference and release an article detailing why the sales count. People will probably want the rules changed.
I feel like a million is almost a given at this point. Like I said, Taylor's predictions at this point were 850,000 and Gaga's were 950,000 today and that was before this second sale. Trust me, we haven't heard the last of this. It's going to be a huge mess if she breaks a million. If she breaks Britney's record, it'll be a colossal mess. But then again, all publicity is good publicity. It might help press coverage and sales in subsequent weeks.
Then again, if she does something like 1.5 million with physical sales over 600,000 this **** is all nonsense anyways.
