This is exactly why I hate the idea of removing one person every week, after they get down to like 12 or 16. The American Idol season is just way too long. Just remove half of the contestants every week, so in that way, we can get a real champion.
I guess we'll find out in 9 minutes if this story is true or not. However, like I said earlier I smell a publicity stunt and it's only a way for more viewers to watch the finale. They realize Haley is a hot topic.
