I'm not sure if this is any indication of sales, but Adele has 3179 ratings in total, of which 2634 are 5*. TFM has 2797 ratings in total, of which 2366 are 5*. Do you think this could be any indication of sales?

Not really. Gaga has too much of a fanbase to tell if that's indicative of sales.
