If anyone wasn't sure she should be receiving the Billboard Millenium Award at such a young age, she proved to them that she's worthy. Even Keri Hilson and Rihanna gave Bey props via twitter after the performance! There's not much I can say, because the video speaks for itself--if you missed it, you have GOT to watch!

Afterwards, the star changed into a plunging, figure-hugging black dress which she teamed with silver peeptoe Louboutins to meet the press at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The performance in the raunchy web dress is a taste of what's to come when the star headlines Glastonbury Festival next month.

I still feel the "Crazy In Love/Freakum Dress" combo from The Beyonce Experience is her best performance.  The Billboard Music Awards performance of "Run The World (Girls)" is tied with her MTV Music Video Awards performance of "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" as her second best performance, in my opinion.
