She is but she's also taking time to record new tracks for the new album. Its probably a substitute for the alcohol/drugs and to get her mind off things of that negative nature.
Why are people commenting on her voice? Do you have any idea how old she is and how long she has been going for, and how much she took of that D word we shall not speak of? She can still sing and thats what matters. She's not going to stop making music cos her voice isn't as good as it used to be.
