Who should present Beyonce with her millennium award?

I've been thinking on this for a minute now and the time is drawing closer and closer. Usually it's a legend, a future legend, or someone the artist has heavily inspired. For instance here are a few examples:
Beyonce awarded Michael Jackson at the World Music Awards. Beyonce awarded Prince at the UK Music Hall Of Fame. Patti Labelle awarded Mariah Carey at the Billboard Music Awards. Usher awarded Beyonce at the American Music Awards. Miley Cyrus awarded Britney Spears at the Teen Choice Awards.
So who should award Beyonce this coming Sunday? I'm leaning towards Rihanna since she will be in the house and Beyonce is probably her single biggest inspiration, not to mention it would put a lot of drama and rumors to rest. Who do you think should do it?
