Britney didn’t work with Dr. Luke until 2008, and Max Martin was absent from “In the Zone” and “Blackout,” both of the albums she was the executive producer on. None of the tracks in Born This Way are generic either. Let's look at producers. I wouldn't call RedOne more generic than DrLuke. Yes, RedOne uses some sounds from his sources in multiple tracks, but still he has nice unique melodies. Every producer makes a copy and that's as the same with Dr Luke (Tik Tok, California Girls, Grow a Pear. Blow, Till The World Ends - etc.). Billboard is a DrLuke protogé - I wouldn't call that an unknown producer, because then we could list all of RedOne's assistants too (credited in production areas of course).
But the real point why I called out the producers: RedOne only produced 3 out of 14 BTW tracks. Hair does sound overproduced in the chorus (RedOne syndrome) but Sheiße is fine and Judas too.
Yet, most of Femme Fatale is one producer and it's DrLuke, while Gaga has a nice division between RedOne (only 3), Garibay, DJ White Shadow and some 'guest' producers one could tell. Mutt Lange belongs here.

Now... What are you actually trying to point out? You can't label it two adjectives that in normal usage would contrast each other. Born This Way is rather unique, brining sax back for example (The Edge of Glory and Hair). I can also just sum up nice things about Born This Way but it has no point without proving it
and giving examples. You are contradiction future - modern (today?!) - classic thus (for me) failing to make a point. I agree with the futuristic, that is what dubstep is to some. But to the more intellectual or non-mainsteam listener it is far from that. It was a safe choice.

She didn't indeed do all of that. She never does effort at all to me. It proofs that she doesn't care about her albums because they are simple label products, lacking depth and based on the same old Britney formula. But Lady Gaga is an artist who is giving her life for her work.

She always does, because of the high class producers they put it. It's actually a shame if it wouldn't be the case because of her long life she already has spend in music. If out of anything, to compare, Lady Gaga way more changes her images and thus reinvents herself (better?) without due label or whatever. It's
creative control and proofs again, she cares about her work.
