I don't think it will. It was produced by RedOne and it apparently has an industrial sound. Parts of it may be sound like TEOG because of the saxophone, but I think that will be the only similarity. And keep in mind Gaga said Hair is a lot of peoples' favorite song off the album (and popjustice agrees).
