No its not, Gaga has always publicly denied that she has a boyfriend , I suppose not to attract too much attention to her personal life. (But we all know the truth ) I believe the article on MTV said that Gaga claimed she was single on the Graham Norton interview, and they misinterpreted it as her meaning she had broke up with Luc, when really, she never officially confirmed he was her boyfriend
