Adele breaks Lady GaGa digital album record

Adele has broken a record set by Lady GaGa with her sophomore album 21.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' singer's album has now become the biggest-selling digital record in the UK, overtaking Lady GaGa's The Fame, according to Music Week.
The news comes as cumulative sales of digital music in the UK passed £1 billion last year, with £316.5 million being spent in 2010 alone.
New figures show that consumers spent £132m on digital singles last year, with digital sales now representing 98.7% of all singles sold.
