I never thought this song would be massive, it's too epic for the Americans and so different from the trashy music they listen to.

I'm not even going to do the "generalizing is bad, mmkay?" because it's generally true. But we're not ALL listening to trashy music.

I've already celebrated this amazing news, so I'll just say that I hope her second single in the US does nearly as well. I doubt it, but I'm hopeful.
