We've already established this. The first one is inspired by Japan, and 10% of the proceeds for both covers will go towards Japan relief efforts.
The second one is a take on Bollywood and is part of Asia V's "We Love India" issue.
Also, this is new information about this V Asia issue that I saw on Nicola's tumblr.
"Earlier this year, the magazine announced Lady Gaga as their new fashion and art writer. Her very first column, in which she shares her thoughts on fashion and gives an exclusive look into her world, will appear in the new issue. The piece will be accompanied by illustrations made by Gaga’s fans"
