THe review I wrote for my blog,
http://popflares.blogspot.com/ YOU GUYS MAY KILL ME FOR THIS.
I HATE THIS!!! But I have to take back what I said earlier about the song. I don't know what it was probably adrenaline or excitement of the song release, I think I might over praise the song before. But after listening it quite a few times, this is my real review.
One of the most important things that I like about Gaga's song is the lyrics. It is what differentiate between a song I love and appreciate and a song that is just ahhh okay. So to me the song lyric-wise was a disappointing for a Gaga release. Because we when from Judas that is one of the best lyrics ever in her catalogue, you know "Fame hooker, prostitute wrench, ear condom" to The Edge of Glory which is just "The Edge, The Edge, The Edge, ....." So that was the problem but don't get me wrong, the idea of the song is brilliant as usual. It talks about loving what you did in you life, be proud of yourselves, celebrating life, seeing that we should be lucky we have family and friends to support us in life. but like I said it needs more lyrics and story to it. Like the greatest phrase in the song is "dancing in the flames" meaning that even though if she goes to hell, she will be dancing in the flames, because she knows she had a good life. So we need more phrases like this Gaga.
But the production of the song is really good. Love the saxophone and the 90's feel to the song. It was good production-wise but disappointing lyric-wise. I don't wanna to click "PUBLISH POST" because I love you so much Gaga but I need to be honest.
