Celeb News: Hilary NOT dropped from B&C as reported by TMZ

Hilary Duff is no longer an outlaw, she's just OUT -- TMZ has learned the actress will be REPLACED as Bonnie Parker in the upcoming movie, "The Story of Bonnie and Clyde."

Sources connected to the project tell us, Duff will still get paid , but producers are looking to find a new actress to play the role.

We're told, producers have not yet decided who will replace Duff -- but "Gossip Girl" star Kevin Zegers is still slated to play Clyde.

EDIT: Oop, it looks like somebody it TMZ needs to do some factchecking because the Bonnie and Clyde's Facebook page quickly debunked this rumor.

Great! Many people may have thought that the whole idea of making a remake of this movie it's just such a foolhardiness but on the contrary in my opinion. This definitely will bring more fans by her development as an actress. However I hope they don't change the final.

I'm so looking forward for this.

Anyways, I hope this will not be a limited release because it looks like it will be a good film, and Hilary playing Bonnie will be fierce! Then record songs for the soundtrack then release a new album. Oh my imagination.

The funny thing is that the movie is NOT a remake at all, it's based on the ACTUAL events that happened in Bonnie and Clyde's life. Looking at the plot, Bonnie was actually a really sweet girl who basically fell in love with Clyde and then turned to a life of crime, so I think Hilary could really pull that off. Most people have not seen Greta but Hilary played a bitch (in a sacastic way) in that movie and did pretty well. Hilary is NOT the best actress but I have always seen growth with her acting in every project.
