Yes. I mean, if there were no ghosts there, some ghosts would find me there anyway. They'd just follow me. So, it wouldn't matter if they were already there.
It depends on the ghost. I'm sure not all ghosts fit the scary, crazy stereotype. I think I'd rather live in a house with one of those comforting ghosts/spirits than live in a house that isn't haunted.
