I agree! I mean, I loved it initially. I got over it really quickly. Less than 100 plays on itunes. Now, it only has 110; however, I appreciate it so much more. However, again, this didn't happen until Judas came out, which has over 700 plays. I think after hearing Judas, it makes BTW sound familiar. I think Born This Way is going to be ultimately BTW'S Teeth, a GaGa fan song, an acquired taste. Either way, I think after hearing the entire album, everything will make sense.

I appreciate it more since she's released Judas and it doesn't seem so ******, sitting there by itself as the lone single representing the album. I didn't like it at first, then liked it and was getting into it, and then I got over it really quick

Born This Way is still my jam I actually got over Judas really quickly, though I still think it's AMAZING. But Born This Way is special.

I love Born This Way and hardly consider it her worst single. I am glad she released it as the lead because it makes perfect sense.

Is this true?
http://www.rollingstone.com/music/ne...video-20110415
I was reading and it said in the video it is about Gaga witnessing a crime and falling in love with a black jesus figure...? I don't know what to think, I am really anticipating this video but this will start another feud with "Gaga rips off Madonna" again, and I just don't want to hear that.

I hope so...it does not seem that reliable. I just don't want to hear this "Lady Gaga copied so and so" again.
It's quite pesky.

Gaga did describe the clip's biblical and cultural references. "Well, I want to allow the video to speak for itself, but I will say that the theme of the video and the way that I wanted to aesthetically portray the story was as a motorcycle Fellini movie, where the apostles are revolutionaries in a modern-day Jerusalem. And I play Mary Magdalene, leading them into the town where we meet Jesus, and I will leave the rest for you to see," she teased further about the video, which she co-directed with Laurieann Gibson. "But it's meant more to celebrate faith than it is to challenge it."

Oh God, I hope that isn't true. Black Jesus = one of the most iconic points of the 'Like a Prayer' video....

Better not be true, cause that would undeniably be copying madonna.

I don't think it's true. The article is 2 weeks old. I would be surprise that this guy would know the plot. Anyways, I hope it's not true, I can see people only focusing on that

It's not true. And in the incredibly small off chance that it is, I'm sure she would address it. There would be no way to deny the copying.
