*I think I am going to be a vegetarian. This is worse than any horror movie you've seen. This makes Saw look like a kiddie movie. I haven't even got past 2 minutes and I'm shocked and horrified. I keep pausing it because it's too much for me to handle. I have my hands over my mouth, cringing, crying almost.

This is wrong. I hope the people who breed these animals for meat/food get what they deserve. I don't wish, nor believe in Hell, but this is absolutely disgusting and inhumane. I know we all need food to live, but torturing poor helpless animals is just wrong.

Can't they give them a pill that stops their heart from beating anymore? GOSH.

I am just horrified. Sad. Why do we torture animals for the sake of a meal on our kitchen tables at night? Why???? It is just wrong. From what I've seen anyways...

Not sure if God intended us to slaughter living creatures for the sake of a meal on our tables. That's my question.

A lot ran through my mind watching that video, and that's an extreme understatement. I was actually a vegetarian all through high school, but once I moved to Seattle in 2006, I started eating meat again. I was considering giving all meat up but fish, but this video puts everything into perspective.

It's just so cruel. So horrid. So disgusting. I don't eat pork very often, and I only eat chicken and beef a lot, but I am an avid eater of fish. However, being Japanese, most food is based off of vegetables. Yes, there is a lot of meat and fish, but most dishes have a strong vegetable base. I would like to completely give meat up for the better again, but it's extremely difficult. This would be a good video to watch every time you had an impulse, though.

The worst part of the video was watching the workers at these slaughterhouses and such simply beating and killing animals. Where are their morals? Do they ever stop and think of what they are doing? It's just so sad that we would never let anyone do things like these to dogs and cats but cows and chickens are a different story. I don't know...something to seriously consider for me, I know.

I might watch this later, if it will make me stop eating meat.

I've been a vegetrarian for a long time. I hate seeing videos like this. Cows, chickens and pigs are the most abused animals in the world. I also can't stand when people get upset when people abused and torture cats and dogs but they don't care for farm animals. You should be a lover of all animals if you are TRUE animal lover.

I've seen videos that are worse... And they're on YouTube. From them literally ripping the rabbit's fur off while they're alive, to killing and eating dogs, and some disgusting pig cruelty. And when I say killing, I mean slowly torturing them alive. I've seen a video on YouTube (I won't post it) where the workers are talking about shoving a pole in the pig's ass when they misbehave, and slamming baby pigs on concrete to kill them faster.

There's also a video online in Korea where they're burying three million pigs alive because they're sick. I know they're trying to get rid of them because of the disease that they might be potentially carrying, but I'm sure there was at least a more humane way of doing it.There might not be anything gruesome in the video, but I can assure you the pigs screaming for their lives will scar you to death.

I tried skipping through the video a bit and I almost saw what looked like a drill going through a pig, and I frantically went to pause it, cause it was painful enough just seeing it go near it. Then I skipped and saw baby chicks getting put into that grinding machine. I'm legitimately considering making a change, maybe not IMMEDIATELY a vegetarian, but a small change at least.

If not, why not go organic? Every animal is killed safely and grown naturally.
It's a tad more expensive, but healthier for you and for the animals.
