I think the dress was completely perfect.
It was obviously inspired by Grace Kelly, at least thats what I think, and importantly at a royal wedding it isn't 'trendy' meaning that in 100 years this dress will still look beautiful, it is classic and elegant. And I don't blame Kate for wanting some simplicity in the wedding as it was such a media circus. I thought she looked perfect.
The bridesmaids dress though

Thanks for correcting me sis, I agree, she seems to have a good head on her shoulders and I think she will be a people's person, cannot wait to see what charity work she does.

And I want Beatrice's hat. In real life. I'd wear that sucker EVERYWHERE and I'm a balding man.

I think she wanted something classic and elegant, a dress like that doesn't age.
Duchess of Cambridge
Baroness of Carrickfergus (like 20 minutes from my house )
Countess of Strathern
She outranks Camilla I believe.

She doesn't really have an official title with Princess in it actually, as William is second in line to the throne and thereby an official Prince she will be known as a Princess but as of yet there are no official Prince of or Princess of titles. 2nd in line to the throne is always the Prince of Wales, as of right now that is Charles. There is no Princess of Wales.
But when they are regents they will be the King and Queen of the United Kingdom, the colonies aren't really 'serious' anymore, they have pretty much broken off in all but a few things.
The Queens official title if you are wondering is...
Queen Elizabeth the second, by the grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Isn't Queen Elizabeth II head of state of Canada, India, Australia, New Zealand and some other nations too?

I'm sorry, I assume English isn't your first language so I feel bad for saying this but I have no idea what that sentence is supposed to mean.
And sorry but the colonies of Australia and Canada are not in the Royal titles, also technically neither are colonies anymore, they are part of what was formally known as the British Commonwealth but they are completely independant countries. Not only that but since 1497 it was a mixed colony between the French and British and so wasn't, or hasn't been a British colony since 1867.
I'm not trying to offend or deny anyone British connections but that is how stuff works, Canada and Australia still have huge ties to the UK and the more support the better.
