Brit actor Alex Pettyfer may have ended his Hollywood career before it began. In an explosive new interview with VMAN, the "Beastly" and "I Am Number Four" star trashes the West coast and gets in a few digs on women as well.
Pettyfer, who reportedly dated "Glee" star Dianna Agron,
gloats to the magazine that he got a "Thank you" tattoo just above his crotch "in case I forget to say it."
The actor went on to say that he hates red-carpet galas, explaining, "
I really don't give a s-– about any of that. I wish I had some interesting stories about living in L.A., but mostly I just do my work and then go home."
And speaking of L.A., Pettyfer is hardly a fan.
"
L.A. is growing on me a little bit but it's still a s-hole," he tells the magazine. "I think it's this insidious pool where nearly everyone lives in fear. Geographically it's fantastic, but socially it's disgusting."
While it remains to be seen how Hollywood will react to his interview, Pettyfer apparently wouldn't mind if his career ended tomorrow.
"
Being an actor is like being in prison," he says. "
You go, you serve your time, you try and replicate Johnny Depp's career and then you move to Paris."
