What you seem to fail to realize is that tha lightest blue means there's only about 1 or 2 rows available left in those rows.
Tha 2nd lightest blue means that there's 5-10 rows left. She's ******** already and tha tickets haven't even been on sell for a month. You need to learn how arena's and tickets work. They'll be sold out by mid June or July.

Concerts do not sell THAT much more after its first on sale and between the show. The majority is the first week.
Second tickets are cheap as HELL. And yes, some light blues have 2, 4+ seats left, but dark blues have 400+ seats yet. She is not ******** when she has 5,000 left to sell at only $30-$65 a pop.
I'm surprised all the party girls havent bought out the whole venue.
