Billboard combines both airplay and downloads, the 118k on the left is the digital sales and the 74 is for the radio audience. One point in those 74 corresponds to 1 million audience.
So next week with a surge in downloads (TTWE almost #3 and #23) the 118k will definitely increase. She's also getting 1-2 M radio updates everyday. Both are increasing, that means next week....
