I really think it will happen, we all know Kanye STANS for 50 lol, and 50 made some nice comments about Ye too earlier a little late last year and said he would love to work with him. There was talks of them doing a joint tour (GOOD + G-Unit - I think Lloyd said that after the Start It Up song dropped) - and everyone thought they would do a GOOD Friday, but it didn't happened
