Speaking of turning around people's opinions, People's "Most Beautiful" issue also features Christina Aguilera, a star who's been under fire recently for, among other things, botching the national anthem, getting detained for public intoxication and -- gasp -- gaining weight. Coyne says they put Christina in the issue because, as she explains, "It's our way of saying, much like [Christina's] song says, she is beautiful, no matter what people say." Coyne adds, "She is somebody who is very much a survivor...she went through a tough year...she is determined to keep going..and she's a really beautiful spirit because of that."
