It has been removed now for like months. They removed it when Lady Gaga started to tour again in North America (February 19). She took it out so that she could perform Born This Way.

This reminds me, Living On the Radio WILL make the album? Please.

Yeah.
It and So Happy I Can Die were removed.
Instead, she performs BTW both during the piano segment and at the end of the show.
I didn't get to hear either of those songs at the MB (but I was so happy to see her perform BTW live it didn't matter )
