RTW has been for 5 hours now, but the banner was up like 2 hours ago, while BTW and HIAM banner was put almost immediately

Yes, it took Judas 5 hours 1/2 to hit #1.
It is probably the closest release from RTW cus:
1) they both were released when people were already up in the East Coast.
2)They both didn't have a banner in the first 3 hours or so.
3) They both had really tough high-performing competition atop itunes charts.
