People don't realise how important promo is in the UK... Adele's Someone Like You is the perfect example of how important it is...

Before the song was promoted, it was at ~#20 in the charts and wasn't really doing much on radio either. ONE performance at the Brits and it shoots to #1. Another performance on Comic Relief kept it selling and now the song has sold over 750k...

Didn't say I disliked the song.... just said it was my least fave on the album. Dance in the Dark is far superior.
