1. Beyonce - Check On It. Ehhh, one of my least favorite Bey songs tbh.

Check On It - I have ALWAYS loved this song. I am always surprised that people think the beat is whack, since its one of my favorite Swiss productions. I love how this shows a completely different side of Bey. My only problem? It would work even better as a Destiny's Child song. That second verse was made for Kelly. 3

Karma - Karmastition so thoroughly improves on this, it's not even funny. 2

Harder to Breathe - Ugh. I remember when I first heard this - I'm not going to lie; in the fall of 2003, it stood in sharp contrast to the rest of Z100's playlist. Ed really loved this song too. But it's garbage. And Adam Levine cuts the least imposing figure in all of pop music. 1

So Happy I Could Die - The best song on The Fame Monster, give or take a Bad Romance. Sonically, the song's immense in a way that most of her peers could never hope to achieve. 4

3 | Check On It
This song was overplayed in my household. I didn't like it at first, but I got used to it. It has that quality of a feel good song, something you can relax to on a lazy Sunday.

1 | Hearder to Breathe
Overall, it's a pretty good song. Just not a fan of Maroon 5.

2 | Karma
The strings are amazing, each bridge and chorus building up a feeling of anticipation.

4 | So Happy I Could Die
Definitely one of my favourite Lady Gaga songs. I would put this song on car speakers and drown myself in the amazing Red One production.

-- Oh, my taste is feeling so ashamed of this voting so far. So, so ashamed. Out of all of their songs, this one is their best.

-- This song just...really grates at me. While it's not my least favorite song of hers, geez, does it make me mad.

So Happy I Could Die: Intoxicatingly lush and grimly beautiful. Remember when listening to a Lady Gaga song was actually a pleasant experience? [4]

Check On It: Honestly, this is one of my favorite Beyonce songs ever. It's so catchy and fun that it just kind of overtakes my body. [3]

Harder to Breathe: Surprisingly grimy for a Maroon 5 track (they feel so polished and neutered lately). I definitely never lose interest throughout the song, and that chorus still kills. [2]

Karma: Alicia sounds like such a badass on this track, but it's definitely not as dynamic as I remembered. [1]
