If she releases it on Tuesday for itunes, it is right, maybe late 1 day, but then her debut week would be the week of 29st. But, since its sent to radio on 19th, then it will have 1 day of airplay and 0 for itunes, meaning her debut week is 22th. That would mean her chance of a no.1 debut is near impossible. Just one day of airply would not bring it into the top ten. Hope gaga understands and changes the airplay release to Thursday.

I may be wrong, though

If she releases on Tues 19, the hope is that she won't have enough airplay to make the Hot100, in which case next week she will debut there.

I don't know if they're telling all the stations to play it every hour, but some stations are already saying so. I hope that doesn't happen tho, I don't want Judas to peak as fast as Born This Way on radio.

I don't think it's payola. if it even exists, radio stations wouldn't make it so obvious and say they'd play it every hour even before the song is even out. they do it because they know every gaga fan will tune in to be the first to hear the song and that's a lot of people. + they are hungry for followers/facebook likes. just look at the tweets from that flz station... it's clear that they will benefit even more than gaga from those plays. or that station that renamed itself to gaga something
