It doesn't hurt too bad, it just depends on the size. Don't be scared! The first time actually isn't bad at all, if you're with the right person. Sex will feel the same for the first few times, to be honest. It's not like with girls where they can feel an obvious difference between their first time, second time, third time, etc. If you have sex and then don't again for a few weeks/months, it'll feel like your first time all over again.
The little bit of pain that is involved is a good kind of pain, though. You'll love it.
