'Michael Jackson: The Experience' tops 3 million sales

Michael Jackson: The Experience has sold over three million copies on Wii, PSP and DS. Ubisoft told MCV it was “delighted” with the title’s success ahead of its arrival on PS3 and Xbox 360 next week.
UK marketing director Murray Pannell said: “We’re delighted with the sales success of Michael Jackson: The Experience to date.
“It’s a hugely fun and well-loved game in the UK. The Wii version has been extremely well received and we’re now looking forward to bringing the game to a wider group of consumers when it launches on Kinect and PS3 later this month.”
While the game received a poor 59% review score in ONM, its sales clearly justify Ubisoft’s faith in the genre.
In February, CEO Yves Guillemot said “there’s a good chance this dance segment can be strong for four or five years like Guitar Hero.”
