Why 20 specifically? Just wondering. 18 (or 16 in some places) is legal age, if that's why... But a lot of significant pop artists are or were under 20. Britney, Rihanna, Hilary Duff, Miley, Bieber, Selena Gomez, Willow etc. It's more about the music & presentation than the person IMO.
He will never get his ass into The Oricon chart of Japan. Probably a random chart.
Some big name from Western have a really hard time getting in the Oricon chart. What The Hell by Avril peaked at #13, and it was considered a huge success in Japan.
