.. well when Marc has a top tweet then I rest my case...
I lost count how many times he met Gaga, and he still spams her twitter asking her to follow him.
And then he made some belt or something for her and he spammed Perez's twitter asking him to ask Gaga if she wore it, or to ask her to send him a pic of Gaga wearing the belt or something like that. Eventually Perez told him off
