Yes, she got her rough moments like every artist but if you notice, her NBA era performances has been more than great over and over again!I guess she's been training more for her tour.

Umm are we judging by studio voices or live voices? Live, neither can really do anything that special, but studio, it's kind of hard. They're both very good singers...

I say Rihanna. She definitely has issues with pitch but I think her songs are generally harder to sing, she has more power, and she has a stronger/better vibrato.
