Apparently, it was always going to be on the 26th? Chris Colfer said in this interview that the "Born This Way" episode was the 18th episode, and the interview was posted back in March, and the last episode before this little break was the 16th episode.

Or were they original going to come back a week earlier than they are now? I think they just wanted to end the season resolving the whole Karofsky bullying Kurt and accepting himself thing.

Can someone who follows @monsterjulian please tell him that glee's Born This Way is airing on April 26. He doesn't want to believe me.
