This "news" story is a flop.

Rihanna hardly ever claims writing on her songs. Just look at the Loud CD. Her name doesn't appear as writer even once.

I don't know if it's true for these two, but singers getting writing credits on their albums when they don't actually contribute a single lyric is nothing new.

Right? And if they would do their research, they would see that 60% of the original Rated R demos leaked, the unfinished ones that were from before Rihanna added anything to the songs. Just listen to the demos versus the final versions and you will be able to see that songs like "Rude Boy" had several new lines added by Rihanna and the producers.

Yeah I know. It just seems weird for them to bring up the fact she wrote nothing on Loud, but she's credited as a writer on Rated R.
