It's almost certainly the chorus, and it's insanely catchy -- the melody, the harmony -- it slays.

Not every Gaga song needs to have a chorus that explodes into a cacophony of massive RedOne hooks. A little toned down is nice for variety, like Paparazzi.
That's the problem a lot of people had with Born This Way.
So far, everything this era is better than her past works imo. The Born This Way video is as good, if not better than Bad Romance.
