Not yet, Kevin originally had plans for a new trilogy, we still need confirmation if they're gonna become movies or not.

I think they will make more if 4 does well at the box office, although I hope they only carry on if they have the right scripts, which don't really seem to be a priority in Hollywood anymore.

Wes won't carry on the trilogy without Kevin. He only did S3 because they already started, and the basic plot had already been outlined by Kevin. Wes said himself accidentally that he literally laughed out loud during some of the scenes when filming S3.
