The title is misleading, obviously it's not because she was born to slaves but because she doesn't have the necessary documentation. If Guiness World Records wants a birth certificate, then it's their right and if she doesn't have one, tough luck. Not that it really matters anyway

It's obviously unfortunate and not her fault at all, but it's not racism on their part, if a white woman didn't have her documentation she wouldn't get it either, this woman's background is just a lot more sad...
