She said a lot with BR. I have to imagine at some point she'll realize she needs another trim video like that and that it doesn't require a sacrifice of vision.

Why is that a bad thing? "Born This Way" is 7+ minutes and doesn't feel long at all to me.

IDK I guess its just the wishful thinking in me hoping she'll do another Bad Romance type Im not really a fan of long videos TBH. But if its what she really wants to do, then she should.

I think that she'll have short MVs again in her career; I just don't think it'll be the norm.

The thing is (to me) Paparazzi, Telephone, and Born This Way worked as long videos because they had storylines. Alejandro, on the other hand, was just a case of "I don't feel like editing anything at all."

...and the storylines of the videos only add to the mythos that is Lady Gaga.

While Born This Way and Bad romance are definitely my two favorite videos by her, it's really hard for me to decide which I like better. Born This Way is in my eyes a masterpiece. But the Bad Romance video is kind of legendary. I still am not sure how she managed to do what she did in that video.

I'm not even so sure most people who watch that video understand anything that's happening, much less the full extent of what she accomplished with it.

The other great thing about the BR romance video is that it was unbelievably infectious and garnered incredible views and publicity, something I would like to see again. It's just sort of iconic at this point.
