The 9780 looks classier and better.
I had the 9800 for about a month. The battery was good, and the screen is big. But it's just really thick and chunky, the slide feature is annoying after a while. Plus, the touch screen kept messing up, I had three replacements and the touch screen on all of them was faulty, I've heard loads of other people have this problem too...
