HR ****ed up the release of CBT and releasing this is just a bad idea, the album has died now, interest is gone.
She needs to get back in the studio and record a new album for the fall or early 2012, if she leaves it too long interest in her will die now that HM is no longer.

actually I know Stay is like the best song on the album, but since radios don't play ballads anymore I'd rather see her release Who Owns My Heart or just new album by the fall
Just parroting everyone else: this album is dead. Let it go. That's the only thing I hate about American pop releases. Labels always try to drag albums along for years. I prefer an artist do one or two albums per year.
I still can't get over the fact that Who Owns My Heart wasn't pushed in people's faces. I swear, the second Miley begins producing some of the best pop hits of the past few years (namely Can't Be Tamed and Who Owns My Heart), her and her team fall into oblivion.
I seriously don't get the motive behind this.. She's said she's working on new music, Billy Ray also has confirmed it as has Dr. Luke and she's had so many studio sightings ... It's obvious she's working on new material so why would she release this...
