Apparently Gaga posted the album cover on her twitter for a few seconds and it was removed immediately.

I'm going to guess that the image is fake...for now, the lack of text alerts being the reasoning.

Besides, I don't think the album shoot has happened yet (although it IS with Nick Knight).

I figured it out. It's just the BTW single cover face 3x with hair dyed red.

It's blurred because the real thing looks wack as hell. #fake

I'm guessing it'll be more in line with the recent Knight/Gaga stuff.

Even if it's fake, that was so random. I mean, a blurry lightly-colored image.

I'm mixed on whether that's a promo shot or a sample album shot.

I'm going to go with the former simply due to the fact that she tweeted it and that it's from the same shoot as the Single cover & the NYE pic (and possibly the video).
