Actually, I don't know why CG can be a #1, I love this song, but I don't know why it became the best selling single in 2010.

While I do agree about TD and Firework being more meaningful, CG served its purpose. It was the perfect single for the summer, and the sales are indicative of that success.

For example: I love so much Ke$ha but "Blow" doing so so.. not bad 'cause it's a Top 10 hit on Hot 100 but I expect more for that single 'cause I love it (single and video)

That's the problem with RCA: POOR PROMO! Only when she realesed "Tik Tok" it had a good promo.. a GOOD but it's wasn't HUGE like Katy's promo

In my opinion, Interscope is such an AMAZING label and it's very interesting how this discography is growing up .. Although Capitol Records is very good too

I don't like so much how Jive and RCA Record work.. Why? For the case of Ke$ha, Avril Lavigne and Christina Aguilera (RCA) and Britney Spears and some American Idols (Jive)
