Her album sales aren't amazing, but they aren't bad either. She's big in the US but not that big overseas, people shouldn't judge for how her singles are performing in the US...
But I'm sure that if she doesn't becomes in an "Album Seller" by her next studio album, Capitol will not support her as they're doing with this era

Her sales are everything but good in correlation to the massive promo she has. Well, I judge how she's doing in the US because it is (maybe along UK) the only market Capitol is promoting her... And, in my opinion, the fault of album sales (or lack of) is the route she went with California Gurls. She went by the easy way with a song like that. Things would've been different if she'd released ET or Firework - they sound different and that's what people look for nowadays, they don't feel like buying the
same album twice.
