It's true, though you can argue how much of that is becuase of her starting a trend -- stations were hesitant to play JD because it was "too dance."
But she's disadvantaged for overall airplay because Urban airplay is closed off to her, as opposed to artists like Rihanna.

If Robyn can continue to build up a lead with Katy, around 50-60 points (right now it's 36 radio points) , all she would need is to do promo a week before, and release the JCOLE remix and the #1 could very well be hers on the HOT 100.
