I only stan for country Queens with 7x Platinum albums, and ones that dont feel it necessary to make "pop remixes" of their songs, so they can be on Pop radio.

False. The Queen of Country is and will always be Reba McEntire. Shania is fine, but she's hardly THE QUEEN. There are at least five other country females with better songs and waaaaay better vocals.

That doesn't mean she's the Queen of Country, that just means she's mainstream. Reba has gotten waaaaay more accolades from the Music Row elite and is arguably much more respected in the country music scene. Shania is actually considered quite controversial because she and Faith Hill had such immense crossover success and single-handedly created the late 90s "pop country" flavor many country purists find distasteful and disgraceful.

Truer words have never been spoken.I love shania but reba is the one and only queen of country. She has been smashing the country charts for decades now and outselling country females that are half her age.

Shania's album only sold that much BECAUSE of her pop success worldwide.She remixed her songs to pop. If she had released the country versions outside the US, she DEFINITELY wouldnt have sold as much as she did.

Reba was officially recognized, by Billboard, Mediabase and Country Airhcheck, as THE biggest female hit-maker in country music history in 2009 at a presentation in Las VegasIn janurary 2010,“Consider Me Gone” topped the Billboard Country Singles chart for 4 consecutive weeks making it the longest running #1 of her career, and made reba the first solo female artist over 50 to achieve a top 40 (#38 with 450K digital copies sold) hit on the Billboard hot 100 in 5 years. Plus she also just got inducted into the country music hall of fame.
