I'm so sad about the situation in Japan. I can't stop thinking about it. It just so heartbreaking that people have to go through all that. I mean the Tsunami, the volcano, the incident in the Fukushima Daiichi's central wednesday's morning and it seems like there's going to be another accident at that same central.

So I thought that considering that Rebbecca's girl have a thread we should also have an official thread about what is happenning there to keep each other informed and to share our thoughts on that disaster. Even if some Jpop's fans want to talk about whether or not their faves were affected by it. We can share our prayers for the victims and hope for the better.

I won't get tired of saying how much I admire Japanese people. They are so tough.

On the news one Japanese engineer said that he is ready to die as long as his team is able to keep the reactor from exploding. That is true heroism

That is what makes me even sadder more afraid for them. i was talking to my friends and my classmates about the possibilty of evacuating all the japanes in other countries the other day. I know it might sound like a stupid idea. But imagine if the 4th reacteur explodes too and with the radiation, what will they do?

If this disaster continues like that, only few might be able to survive. Plus it's a really stressing situation to cope with mostly for childern and old people.

What do you guys think? Can the japanese migrate to other countries?

Things are getting worse in Japan with this whole radiation problem. OnceI saw the word Chernobyl on the article about Fukushima, I got really worried.

I feel very proud of these people, I mean, the whole Japanese society. A society in which they look for a group development instead of an individual development. Those scientists and engineers that are going to the reactors, and therefore risking their lives, are a true example of heroism and love for their country.

Yes I've always respect them for that. And the fact that all of this is happening to them is just ugh .
I really don't know how they will cope with that irradiation problem. May God help them.

I remember reading of an sister who rode to the store on a bike for 16 hours just to give her little baby niece some food to eat. 16 hours back as well, ON BIKE! That's insane, and heartbreaking. I respect the Japanese for making it through such hard times
