I think it got its first +4M update 4 days ago actually but before that airplay was relatively insignificant. That's why I said 3-4 days: because she gained most of the airplay after the official adds date.

I highly doubt there is an official dictionary definition on what constitutes a #1 worldwide smash. As far as a non-complicated person goes, going #1 in 7 countries worldwide is a #1 worldwide smash/hit.
