Not to talk about its verry Sigismundi-esque. They dont necessarily have to appear in the muisc video in fullscreen. They are cleary concepts arts. Cali Gurls music video had a shitload of high-detalied scatches, concepts, photos etc,( LINK )and I expect ET video to be a big budget-one as CG.
