Aw, this sucks. I was actually thinking today that I loved the production on this track, and it sucks how similar it is to "Be Happy". "Express Yourself" had some similarities, but this is just ridiculously identical.

"Blow" and "HIAM" were both produced by the same person (Dr. Luke). This isn't the case of Britney "stealing" "Blow"'s beat, it's the case of the producer being uncreative and manipulating the production to get another hot track.
